Orders and payment

Review the product details, quantity, delivery address and total before placing your order. Prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges and available payment methods are shown during checkout. Placing an order creates an obligation to pay the displayed total. An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched from Loviisa within 2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Finnish public holidays. Delivery time is separate from preparation time. Available destinations, services and charges are shown at checkout. Packaging is included in the product price. Please read our Shipping policy for further details.

Withdrawal, returns and defects

You may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, or cancel before delivery. Our Return and refund policy explains the procedure, refund and return costs. For defective or incorrect goods, contact customer service. We remain responsible under applicable consumer law.
