Returns and withdrawal

You may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Notify team@swiderskiphilatelicart.com with your order number and a clear statement of withdrawal. You may also cancel before delivery.

Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. Return address: Hitsaus Mariusz / SWIDERSKI PHILATELIC ART™, Rumpaalantie 2, 07900 Loviisa, Finland. Pack the goods securely. The customer pays the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return.

Refunds

For a full-order withdrawal, we refund the purchase price and the least expensive standard outbound delivery cost. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded. Refunds are made to the original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact team@swiderskiphilatelicart.com with your order number and details of the issue. We cover necessary return costs for defective or incorrectly supplied goods. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
